Damaged goods or returns
We love our products but we also want you to be happy with your purchase. Regretting something your bought in our shop? No problem!

You have a 30-day full right of return on all goods purchased from us. If you want to return an item, please contact us using the form below. Please note that a returned item must be in unbroken original packaging on presentation of receipt.

Damaged goods:
Unfortunately, sometimes a product is defective. If that is the case, we apologize and promise to process your complaint as soon as possible and to arrange an exchange or repair. Please contact us using the form below and we will process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that the right of complaint does not cover damage or wear and tear caused directly or indirectly by improper operation, poor maintenance or unauthorised interference.
